How long can I rent a pontoon boat for?
All rentals are booked by the week. We do not offer daily or weekend-only rentals.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving at least 4–6 weeks in advance during peak season to ensure availability.

Can I extend my rental once it has started?
Extensions are possible based on availability. Please contact us as early as possible to confirm.

Pricing & Payments

 

How much is the deposit?
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be applied toward any damages, late fees, or policy violations.

 

When is full payment due?
The rental balance is due in full prior to departure, typically at check-in or within 7 days of your rental start date.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Do I need a boating license?

No, a license is not required to rent or operate.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least X days before the rental start date receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made later may forfeit the deposit.

Are pets allowed on the pontoon?
Pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed?
For safety and cleanliness, smoking is not permitted on board.

What’s Included

 

What’s included with my rental?
Each pontoon comes equipped with safety gear, life jackets, navigation equipment, a canopy, and a full fuel tank.

 

Do you provide instruction for first-time renters?
Yes, a brief orientation is included to cover safety, operation, and local waterway guidelines.

 

Is fuel included in the rental price?
One full tank is included. Additional fuel used during your rental is the renter’s responsibility.

Where can I take the pontoon?
Pontoons may be used within approved local waterways. We’ll review boundaries and provide maps at check-in.

 

What happens if the boat breaks down?
We provide 24/7 support and roadside assistance on the water to ensure your trip is safe and uninterrupted.

 

What if I damage the pontoon?
Repair costs will be deducted from your deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, you may be responsible for additional charges.
